power problem hopefully solved
ok took it to a guy who ran the codes and he says it showed it was the tps how hard is it to change one of these out and how long will it take(it is like 20 something degrees down here

My 1994 doesn't have Torx screws; they're Philips #2. Yours are probably one or the other (my guess: Philips #2).
Also, on my TB the TPS was impossible to do with a normal screwdriver; I had to take the #2 bit and use a 1/4" wrench to turn it.
