Default P1361 with Driveability Issues

I have a 95 Bonneville SSEi that I recently just fixed my QDM-1 fault on. It ended up being the Boost Control Solenoid. In any event, the car is still stalling and running rough past 50% throttle. Also, any quick movement of the accelerator will result in stalling. I read out the codes and got P1361 "electronic spark timing signal not switching after enabled." Doing some research, I believe this problem could range from a Crank Position Sensor, Cam Position Sensor, Ignition Control Module, or Powertrain Control Module.

I just replaced the PCM and this did not solve the problem. I found an old ignition control module in my trunk when I bought the car and threw it away not knowing what it was, but I was told by a mechanic that the ignition control module on the car looks new. I also had it tested at Autozone and it tested good.

When the hood is open, next to the EGR valve, it sounds like I have an exhaust leak or a vacuum leak or some type of air leak. I don't know how much this plays a role concerning my driveabilty issue but thought it was worth mentioning. Also, the Check Engine light is not on while i'm driving, just if it stalls.

Is it possible to replace the Cam Position Sensor and Crank Position Sensor yourself? Where is it located and what tools would I need? Also, if I'm going to continue to throw parts at the car is this my next best option?

My 95 FSM is at home and I can look up the diagnostic procedures for you after 5pm EST.

The fixing of the boost sol is interesting to me as I've got a 1640 popping nearly every time I drive mine. But I've been guessing toward TCC. What symptoms did your BCS exhibit. (and yes..my boost is still working great..so I figured it wasn't BCS)

My BCS was visabily not working. My Bypass valve was not opening or closing as it would not lift the flap off of the screw. Thanks for checking the FSM for me, that would be awesome

I scanned the two FSM pages and emailed them to you. They have the diags and all on them. Hopefully this helps.
