Default ac/heater quits

I have a 98 bonneville with the climate control. The blower shuts off after just a few minutes when I set the temp down to 60 or if I put it on recycle. I had the condencer changed and the ac recharged other wise it seems to work well. Any ideas would be great Thanks Tony
