Default Humming noise when I turn the wheel

Just that when I turn the wheel it hums... I cna get a sound clip if you really want one, but its as simple as that?

Could this have anything to do with the endlinks me and Corvettecrazy put on her at NEBF?

I think he told me to retighten them and I havent yet... is that where its coming from?

Low speed? High speed? Both ways? One way? Wheel cranked or even when it is just slightly turned?

Endlinks will have no effect.

Colder weather can make power steering problems more apparent. Try some belt dressing on your accessory drive belt first, then keep an eye on it (assuming you've checked your fluid reservoir).

You may want to try a power steering fluid conditioner.

The cap on the power steering reservior has a little sounding rod (level indicator) built right into it. The power steering reservior is located down from the alternator towards the firewall. It is in a kind of an obscure location, but you'll find it. Unthread the cap to check fluid level.

I predict you're going to find the car is low on fluid. You're going to need a funnel with a long, flexible extension to add fluid. Keep looking. Yes, it'* behind there, I promise.
