Default ac blows hot air and it wont take the recharge..?

hi my 95 se seems to be blowing warm air when i turn the ac on full blast. the presure it blows is very strong its just warm. so i went to autozone to get a recharge and my car would not accept it? any ideas. the gauge kept reading my ac was full but its still blowing warm air.

When you look at it..the inner area should not move when it'* not on. Turn it on..the inner area of the pulley should be spinning.

where is the pulley i should be looking at exactly ?

and sorry i think i double posted.. can someone please delete or lock the new post i made in the 92-99 section.. thanks..
