TCC or Tranny Slides into neutral?
I'll start off with the fact that this has happened twice in 2 days now, and Happened once over a year ago.
Within 10 minutes of starting my drive, i'll slow down and reach a stop sign/light, etc. When I hit the accelerator to move ahead to the line or to go down the road i've just had the engine rev like it was in neutral.
BOTH instances over the past two days occured when the gear shift was selecting OD visually.
I also got a lurch just as the engine was almost done slowing down to idle. when I came to a stop today, This was 20 seconds into the journey, stopping at the top of the hill my apartments are on, and at the first stop.
I had a trans flush a few weeks ago, and haven't put magnets on yet. All gears shift normally, and at proper speeds.

And happened again 10 min after posting...
3rd stop into the journey, car was atleast 75% cooled off, and it did it again. Once i let the revs come down when it'* freewheeling, it'll clunk and into gear...
It should be noted that the tranny flush was preventative, there were no symptoms previously.
There'* a cute girl on Deal or No Deal, so i'm gonna watch that Heros, and 24.. stupid cars..

Watching 24 myself.
Jason, did you get a complete tranny flush or did you just change the filter and add the fluid you lost? I remember before you did the service that you said you never had tranny issues, but this is the second post since the tranny service where you are experiencing problems. Sorry to hear.
How long does the engine rev until it gets into gear? Clunking noises don't sound good.
Stop playing with those magnets and get them on the pan! lol

It was a flush not merely a fluid swap. Hooked up to a machine that cycles fluid through it, etc..
Unless perhaps stuff has gotten loose, and sitting on the filter or something else to cause the flow to hold up, and a loss of transmission fluid pressure momentarily..
Magnets aren't on because I'm at my apt, and I was waiting to put them on when I got to the cities soon, but I may put them on this week or so, and see if it re-occurs.

Check the fluid level. If they left it a little low, it will starve the trans of fluid, especially when you slosh the fluid, like when accelerating.

Agreed..unless it'* detailed on the invoice, it may not have been done.
Meanwhile, if you select other gears, does that remedy the situation? I'm thinking maybe (mayyyybe) the selector is out of adjustment.

Fluid levels are exactly in the middle of the crosshatch area.
I've gotten this issue if I fire the car up when cold, let it sit, and try to leave my parking stall as well now. The stalls are angled slightly, it happened both nose up, and nose down the incline.
braking still feels good, so i'm guessing it'* not vacuum related. I'm going to try driving around in Drive/3rd and see how that works, the magnets will be on by next weekend, if not sooner.

Well, I caught it once on the scantool slipping.
Apparantly gordy had my car setup as a VIN 1, so not everything is perfect recording/data wise, but nothing seems out of the ordinary when observing data frame by frame.
Also recorded a session where It shuddered when slowing to the stop, perhaps being sticky when trying to release the TCC/gear?
