Default 95 SSEi running like #@%$

My 95 SSEI is running like crap!!!! I bought it with about 105k and it ran fine at first, about 1500 miles later its running horrible... I changed the plugs when I first got it. I pulled them and thay look fine, one looked a little wet(fuel) so I changed the wires.... No help...
Its ideling rough, at 50 miles with about 10% gas it starts to shake, give it a little more gas and it not near as bad.. Last night at 60+ at full throtel it would only get about 3# of boost. I changed the EGR, no luck...
Sounds like it has and exhaust leak, but it doesnt.... No check engine...
Its also week on power.
No signs of blown head gasket

My thoughts

Cloged Cat???
Coil pack??
Bad ECM???

Thanks for the help....

Clogged cat would show alot more boost than 3#. Rule that out.

Bad Coil (or two or 3)
Bad ICM
Bad ECM

My bet is ignition. Typical symptoms.

I tried to pull codes but it wont work with the OBD2 scaner
Car fells like it detinating, Im going to put octane boost in and see if it gets better
around 50-60mph its the worst, about 10-15% throttle, misses horible...

Octane booster only raises your octane .1 (POINT 1 octane). It'* worthless.

What octane are you running? This is almost sounding like an EGR problem. You better get it scanned.

No, no, you need an OBD-1 scanner with a 16-pin cable. That code should help us out.
