Default HELP!!!!

Ok here is the deal, all my brake lights are out. My running tails still work. I have replaced the brake switch, manually depressed the switch and to no avail still nothing. I have checked all the fuses, passenger side also, and they all looked fine. I am at a loss of words and ideas. Can anyone help me??

Stranger things have happened, if it was my luck, all three would have gone and 1 lo beam and 1 hi beam would all gone at once lol.

Default bubs

the filaments seem fine but the bulbs have black spots on them that make it seem like they have burned out. I will buy a bulb and test it.

Circuit Breaker / Relay / ground for the bulbs?? All bulbs to fail at once is funny. Does it do the same with the car running and shut off??? I it was a slow blow type on the fuse my may have to actually test the fuse instead of looking at them. Do you have the lamp monitor???
