95 Knock Sensor-(No Signal)
my 95 bonnie has been giving me problems, had DTC scan and its coming back with a knock sensor code and it says no signal. does that mean theres no power going to it ? does anyone know what the voltage should be if im backprobing from the connector to the knock sensor itself ? By the way its a 3.8 VIN K so it has 2 Of the sensors, what would make the scanner read ,"knock sensor-no signal" ? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME !!

well the scanner that was used isnt sayin wether or not its bank one or two, jus says no signal. ive changed every ignition component that can make it misfire. ive jus changed the PCM. the same problem is occuring. im going to buy two new knock sensors and see what happens.

I'll be interested as to how you get the back one out. It'* slightly above the transmission where it'* an odd angle. Possible though
Also..remember that the knock sensors are in the cooling system. You are going to get a bath no matter how well you drain the system. And only torque to 14ft lbs to put them back in....they are set with the pcm to be in at that torque and read properly. Too tight and they'll be hypersensitive, too loose and well..not sensitive enough.
