Default Vacuum line question

Vacuum line coming from the firewall to on top of the supercharger has a spliter that has another line sticking out but not going anywhere just flapping in the engine bay but I know it goes somewhere. someone please tell me where =) I would take a picture but I am at work. =/

Look on top of the transmission housing. There should be a round black thing that also has a cable running up to the throttle linkage.

I found where it went. But have no clue what it did. There was a bigger hose right below it. basically touching it
