All right... So anyway, if we could have the color(*) of these cut wires you're seeing, that would help to pin it down even if you can't get a picture to us.

Tell us (1) How many wires are in the severed bundle, and (2) what color(*) you see. Best guess is fine; check for tracer stripe colors on any of the wires, too.
