First, welcome to the Bonneville club.

Ok, what'* going on here? Is the fan blowing? If so is it just blowing cold, then starts to warm up later? Does it take a long time for the engine to heat up? Any other information you may have will help us to help you figure this out.

The blower don't work at all in the morning. just starts working, yes it seems after motor warms up, but then the other day it didn't work at all, then next day it did when cold I don't know, maybe fuse or relay ??? I have checked fuses look ok. Relay I don't know witch one there are four under cover.

Try by checking that. Also check the plugs on the blower motor. It seems like something is loose.

OK, then what your describing sounds like a faulty relay turning on and off when it wants to.
