Default Misfire

So My number one cylinder is misfiring. I switched around injectors and spark plugs, I cleaned my coils. I did noticed it misfires when shifting at high RPMs between 2 and 3 is that a PCM thing. Can that be tuned out? I really hate when I grinding a intergra under my tail pipe and I have ot back off cause he engine lights starts blinking.
