Default '94 SSE Computer Chip

I found this website that explains how to program a GM PCU with OBD II connector and mother board:

http://www.babcox.com/editorial/us/us10430.htm

The problem is that I found out that I have an OBD II connector but a OBD I mother board. I'm wondering if I buy the GM Tech 2 scan tool whether or not it will still work.

If you buy a GM Tech II scanner, it WILL allow you use on ANY GM car back to 1992! You can get adapters for the scanner that will allow you to hook up to either OBD I & OBD II connectors too.
