Default 94 SE - Flush power steering

What'* the best way to flush the power steering on these? I saw people online who recommended using a turkey baster and turning the wheels and doing it over and over.. but I'd much rather just pull a hose and drain it. My pump was starting to squeal pretty bad this winter too, so I may just replace it while I'm at it.
