Door panel removal
What'* up everyone. I have been trying to figure this out for a few days now but can't quite seem to. I want to remove the inner door panels on my 99 SLE on both front doors to see what the speakers look like and to see how much room I have since I'm replacing the speakers very soon. I was going to take it to a shop and test out some speakers. Any help would be great.

never had the one on my bonny off but they usually try to be sneaky with the screws, usually have to get down and look up to see, and take the ones out of the handle and opener. then probably those stupid plastic things that break half the time even with the forked pry tool

Here you go. Open up the .pdf file and it tells you everything you need to know about removing those panels.

Just take your time, and give it a shot. It'* really not that difficult. You need something that is "paint friendly" to pry the edges of the panel to get the clips to release. I have a trim stick, but you can use a screw driver with a shop cloth wrapped over the end.
