Default Gatorback belt stickiness

I just put on ZZP'* oversized tension pulley. I put on a Gatorback belt a few days ago. When I went to take off the belt to put on the new pulley, the belt seemed to stick to the pullies. I had to peel it off. The car sat overnight beforehand. Is this stickiness normal?

I haven't lost any coolant in months, so... no, it isn't coolant.
