Default 180 degree thermostat?...do I need to drill it also?

Do I need to drill small holes in the thermostat before I install it or just install it as is?

Unless you want to run a seperate thermostat in winter, leave it. Your climate is probably a bit cold for drilling (winter that is).

I run a 180 Drilled T-Stat up here in the summer & a stock 195 in the winter months! up here your climate is spring as compared to our -40 Degrees Celius Plus wind chill!
