Stalling
I have a 93 Bonneville SE with a 3800 And don't know what type. But it stalls at stop signs or when I'm not on the gas. And when I'm going down the highway with my cruise on. It will kick it'* self off of cruise and then the tach jumps up like it'* down shifting.

Sounds like you could possibly have a failing Torque Converter.
When do you get the symptoms? After the car warms up? Before it warms up?
Are you getting any check engine lights?
Give as much detail as you can.
Also, what part of MN are you from? We may have someone near you that could possibly help you diagnois it with a scan tool.

Closest member to you I believe is in Montevideo, but he doesn't have a scan tool..But you're in luck, with a 93, you can flash out your own Check Engine light codes following this simple method posted here:

1987-1993 ECM Code Retrieval
Yes there is a way to retrieve codes yourself, but, it only works on models from 1987 - 1993!
Find the "Assembly Line Communication Link (ALCL)" it usually found under the dash near the steering column. Now locate terminals "A" & "B", the 2 uppermost right-hand terminals, "A" is the one the right. You must use a short wire to ground out these terminals, or a hairclip, paperclip, or something similar. Short the terminals with the ignition off, then turn the ignition to "on" but do not start the car. The ECM will display "Code 12" by flashing the "Service Engine Soon" light indicating the system is working. Code 12 is simply one flash, followed by a brief pause, then two flashes in quick succession. This code will flash three times. If no codes are stored code 12 will continue to flash until the ground is removed from the terminal.
After flashing three times, the ECM will display any stored trouble codes. Each code will be flashed three times then code 12 will be flashed again indicating display is completed.
Note: If the trouble is intermittent the engine light will come for about ten seconds then go out. If the trouble is more serious then the engine light will stay on and the trouble codes stored in the ECM memory until voltage is interrupted to the ECM. To clear the codes, disconnect the battery for about ten minutes.
Note: If you or anyone else has disassembled the lower footwell shield (with the diagnostic connector and courtesy light in it) it is possible the connector was reinstalled upside down. In this case, the uppermost right 2 terminals are no longer A nd B! No damage will be incurred if you short these two in this instance, but you will get no codes. If this happens, try the bottom 2 terminals on the left side!
To look up the codes you have pulled please look at the code listing for your model year

Stalling
I have a appiontment at the local shop for it tommorow. If it it'* a torque converter are they pretty spendy to replace. And I was also going to say that, like when I'm Ideling in park in the garage or where ever. When the service engine soon light comes on and I rev it up the thing will just kill out. And the light ain't on all the time. Just when you roll up to stop signs. Or Ideling.

Is the idle really rough?
Because now it'* almost starting to sound like it could be a stuck EGR....
Or a REALLY bad O2 sensor. How many miles you have on that whip anyways?
If you can get the codes to flash out, and post them here, we can save you a trip to the shop, and prolly just a trip to the parts store. Good chunk of money too
And yes, Torque Converters are spendy, well the part isn't, but the labor to install one is as you are required to drop the trans out to do it.

The idel is kind of rough, it'* really low to if I remember it'* under 1000 idle. If I remember it has about 280,000 maybe a little less. I just bought it about three weeks ago. Took it to Mankato it ran great that whole weekend, got home then it started acting up.

Wow, she'* got some turns on her lol.
These cars pretty much desire the idle to be anywhere from about 650-950, depending on how warm the car is, if it'* in gear or not, and what the weather conditions are.
