Default Elves knocking?

Ok i have the 94 series one. And after my engine and transmission warm up (usually after a trip) i can hear a soft knocking coming form the lower part of the engine (belt side) It sounds like rubber hitting metal, but i cant find any of that and it is usually not too loud at all. When i rev or hit the gas it quickly diminishes to almost inaudible.. I am kinda worried about my precious so any ideas?

possibly a sticky lifter, id try some valve treatment in the oil..dont take my word for it though..anyone know for sure how great this stuff is for our cars? I used it in my LN3 in the park avenue.

This could be a loose chain to a bad Oil Pump to even a Rod Bearing starting to go! NOTE: A sticky lifter will be heard from the top end by the valve cover NOT the lower end by the front cover!

Just make sure your Harmonic Ballancer is ok first!
