Question Electrical weirdness/BCM??

My 95' SSEi'* sunroof has been malfunctioning intermittently lately....hit the switch and nothing or a click from underside of passenger dash and nothing or click and sick sounding buzz from motor. Walk away and come back later and it works fine. Also keyless is not working intermittently, same thing come back later and it works. Fog lights on maybe 20% power for no reason and power antenna motor not working all the time??/?? Is this a BCM thing...are all these circuits linked to BCM?

So there is not a BCM in 95? Is there a GB on both driver and passenger rail?

**Update** I Ran out this AM and found that there is no traction control and no interior lights with the doors open (they work with dash control), and no 5 min Aux power after ignition shut-off. Would a buss shut down all this stuff?

You bet it could.

Think of it this way. If you only hook up one side of a battery... whatever you hooked up won't work. Takes both power and ground to make things work.

Bill, I checked the Buses and the driver'* side is Brand New and passenger side was very clean.
Where do I go now?
My biggest concern is the foglights coming on when the car is just sitting.

Fogs on while sitting.

Hmmm Hey Mike1995 with the 95 FSM'*. Which relay are the fogs on? Kinda sounds like there'* a stuck relay or bad ground here somewhere.

There is a foglight enable and disable relay in the relay center by the ecm....I swapped the disable relay with the trunk release relay just to test.
