Default Would a bad EGR cause your car to hesitate and shake?

I know I have a EGR problem and when I went on a trip this weekend my car ran like shyt. I thought I maybe was bad gas but I put gas in like 3 time and it does it every time. I seems to be sucking gas too. It more less feels like it'* misfiring but I just put new spark plugs in and the wires are good too. It sorta shakes and hesitates then it sanps out and goes normal but as soon as you slow down and try to speed back up it shakes and hesitates. I just want to make sure it'* the EGR valve. I'm probally going to end of changing it anyway.

u can always clean the EGR valve out but plugs and wires and even a bad module or coil could be the problem too

I usually use 93 then I tried 87 and it still did the same thing. When I put gas in it again I just put what I usually put in it which is 93.

What speed does this happen around? It could be a torque converter problem.

It happens when I slow down and start to speed up. Usually around 2 rpm'* and then it snaps out of it. When I'm on the highway it happens at about 75-80 mph but if I press the gas it goes away. My service engine light it on but when I pull the codes I get a 53 which is a EGR problem. I think the service engine light is caused by my ECT sensor going out because my temp gauge quit working. I figured it was bad gas but I guess not. I guess I could try taking the EGR off and replacing it or buy a new one and see of that makes it go away. If I'm having a EGR problem anyway I might as well fix it.

I was having a problem with a low speed miss at around 30 to 40 mph. I changed out plugs, plug wires, module and coil packs but nothing helped. We found the problem was the EGR valve. When power breaking it was missing but when we pulled the wires off of the EGR valve it quit. The funny thing was that I took the wires on and off 5 or 6 times and the problem stopped so I think my problem was a bad electrical connection to the EGR valve. I think the 95 EGR valve is different from the one on a 93 because Willwren said - 93 is the last year for the digital. 94 and higher have the Linear valve. So my experience may not help you out at all.
