I have a water leak and it looks like it is coming from the metal tube that appears to go in to the water pump. it is very hard to see but there are two metal tubes. The one goes in to the intake and the other appears to go in to the top of the water pump and I believe these just push in to seal. There in no sort of clamp or bracket.
I am looking for some help on how to replace or repair the tube that goes in to the water pump.

They one going into the water pump does just push to install, but it has an o-ring on it to seal it. I just replaced mine a few weeks ago and the o-ring was very worn and stretched. I'm sure that'* the same problem for you.

Same story for the coolant elbow going into the intake. At least on the 94 there is a small bolt which holds this one in place though. You would never know it until you took it apart or looked very closely. I'm not certain it is the same on yours, but I believe so.

Follow the tubes back to near where they connect to the heater hoses. Mine had a few bolts holding them to the block to keep them from vibrating while driving.

PS .. I believe a number of people on here have said they used RTV to seal the pipes instead of the o-ring. Might be worth your time for the forum search.

Do you know if you can get the O-rings yet or do I just try to match it up at the store. Also any advice on getting the tube out without causing further damage.

I can't remember for sure, I think I just bought some generic ones about that diameter,it'* nothing special. if you have a second vehicle just take the whole pipe in. mine wasn't in all that tight. Just make sure to turnit back and forth some and not just yank on it. You'll have to drain cooling system. I'm not sure what else would need to come out on the 95. Sorry for Android crappy typing

I am going to try it this weekend. Should the O-ring be made out of a certain material considering the temperature it will reach or is a silicone ring ok.

Not sure about that, hopefully someone can chime in to get you set for the weekend. My thoughts are silicon would be okay. But I'm by no means an expert so don't go by that alone.

Glad to hear it. Did you just must use a standard size O-ring? Might help someone out in the future if you have the type and size.

I believe the thickness was 1/8 inch.. I am not sure of the diameter. I went to ACE hardware were the have all the rings separate and just matched it up. It was a little tough working the tube back in with new O-ring. Unfortunately I just wrote down the price when I picket it out. If I get there again I will check the number of the ring. Cheapest repair ever .49 cents.
