just reconnected it while running did not die back out this time when i shut it off it will start right up

still not charging could it be a anternator? charges to 13.2 untill heat or headlights are on then drain 8.54ish

Very well could be the alternator.

update.....!!!! did a computer swap and pin b1 and 4 control alternator and the pins were not regulation condition new computer solved it no questions asked if anybody ever runs into a 1994 ssei that will not charge...
