Default No power and PCM codes I do not understand

I recently picked up a 94 Park Ave Ultra for dirt cheap since it didn't run very well. Tune-up and its doing better, but still has issues. It has no power, between 2-3K rpm it stalls and under full throttle the motor revs a lot but it dosen't go very fast.

Got codes:
P1361- Ignition toggle error
P1630-System voltage high/Low
P1640-Quad Driver Module 1 Error

Any ideas where to start?

Check your fuel pressure, sounds like your starving the engine. Fuel filter, or pump could be the problem.
