Would this be remotely possible?
So if I find out my 93'* motor is screwed to hell and back...would it be possible to take the transmission and motor out of my 95 (since they both work well, except for torque converter lock up on the tranny) and drop it in the 93? I'd likely take them out from the top so I could keep the cars in a rolling state.
I'm curious if it will work becuase I know that the electrical system between 92-93 and 94-95 are fairly different.
If I can't get my 93 to start or even turn over I may consider doing this...but please know its just speculation at the moment.
Thanks!
EDIT: I just saw the sticky by sandrock above.....nevermind

Vig... What would you do if you went through all the trouble to change a motor and then turned the key and the same exact thing that you have now was happening to that one?
Same car, same issue....unless you can prove to me by turning that HB that this motor is locked up.
Have you tried to jump the starter with a screwdriver and maybe ask some of the techs at work to give you a hand? I'd be all over this in a second if I could. It'* only one of a few possible things if you have power, starter spinning, spark and fuel. Miss one of those items and you have a non running motor.
Swap the motor if you want.... then call me before you turn the key... I want to hear the scream of anguish when turning the key does nothing because the problem isn't fixed.
Now..you seem to be looking for advice.
Clean the cables at both ends
Clean the ground busses ...especially since the floor was wet
Check that starter to ensure it'* working
Check for power at all fuses wtih the key on
Ensure the battery is 100% charged. Anything less and you may as well not even try.
Stop fiddling with the radio...it'* not helping to fix the car.
Sorry for seeming harsh...but you are asking for help and not coming back to us saying that you have done or tried any of it. If indeed you are trying the suggestions then I am truly sorry, if not get your fingers off the radio and get working on it. It will not fix itself magically.
