Default Exhaust Heat Shield Rattle

The heat shield below the TB on the L36. She rattles, esp. when cold. How do I snug it up? I was thinking maybe tap it around with a hammer a bit, I didn't see any bolts, but I didn't dive into it very deep either.

Yeah. Darn...

I'll have to call a few friends and see if I can get ahold of a welder to just tack it back on. Shouldn't be a big deal.
