I have had to replace both front window motors in our '90. Seems that there is a circuit breaker inside the factory motor and in time (windows have always been slow) it ages and the window stops going up all the way. Usually if it is the motor it will go up at least a little, then stop. Wait a while and it will goo up a little more (helps if you pull up at the same time). If this is what is happening the only cure is to replace the motor.
If not moving at all (and you feel *nothing* when you push the button with you hand on the window), then ithe problem may be wiring - R&R all connectors.
