the RAP (retained accessory power) and the ACC are totally different animals, RAP lets you use all your power options ACC just lets you play the sterio, and the power antenna if listening to the tuner. that is it
that is your RAP, you loose all your power once the door is opened or 10 min
There is a space between LOCK and ON, where the engine shuts off, but all the accessories work.. but I don't consider that ACC..

But I think he'* talking about the ignition being on to have everything function... Unlike the 92-99 bonnies where you can shut the ignition off and remove the keyes and still have the power for 10 minutes...Or untill a door is opened

Wow, I don't think I could have gotten much dumber. I remember trying that when I first got the car, and I could never get it to go. My mom also said she could never get it to go, so the car must not of had it. I replaced the Lock Cylinder in the Summer, and either I never tried it, ot I never put enough strength into it, because I just did it now. It took quite a bit of strength to get it off though.. but after the initial time it worked a little smoother. Also none of my other accessories work in ACC.
