Tranny wiring diagram. FOUND IT! Now another ?
OK i found my wiring diagram. Autozone.com came through. Anyways i wanted to know if i can force a TCC lockup by getting +12v pin F in the ALDL. According to my diagram that pin is directly connected to the TCC solenoid trigger wire. Is this how i would manually jump the TCC into engaging, if it will at all?

I believe you should....but I don't think the lock up would be until the car was moving.....and I don't think you wanna be probing wires at those speeds lol. Now, you maybe able to probe them with the front of the car supported.

Yes that'* what i was going to do support the front and do it. But i really need to know what the four wires are. I know there'* one for each shift solenoid, then 2 for the TCC, hot and ground. These are what i need.

your 87 has 4 pins, my 89 had 5 pins and i dropped in the 87 tranny, and just the orange pin was not used, i belive its for a temp sencor or something like that, the TCC was fine and she shifted perfectly into OD at about 48mph

Yes i know the OD works fine, but the TCC refuses to lock up. What i want the wiring for is to know what wire to probe when i'm testing, so i can find out if it'* getting the +12v signal to lockup. If it'* NOT getting the signal i can wire in a direct switch to control lockup. So if anyone out there has a diagram please help me out.
