do these cars have the same transmission? i have receipts from the previous owner of my sse and he put an LE tranny in the car but i am asking the qustion because my car seems to be missing the OD (over drive). dont know if it is just a linkage prob or something simlilar. the previous owner said his cousin installed the transmission. when i got it it would not stay in park. i had that adjusted for free (lucky me) but still no OD.

just wondering if the 91 LE has overdrive.

hey youre good. i also found an estimate or reciept that says the TCC may be going bad. i, not sure if the receipt says he paid for a replacement or just for the code check and scan. the bill was $68. in 12/99
how much is the TCC? is that part of a transm. he placed the transmission later that month.

what/where is the connector to the trans?
also what is the lock up? im not a complete idiot but ive always tried to stay away from too much tranny info.... till now!
