Popping Trunk...
when i pop my trunk, (with key or the button inside car) it doesnt lift up the trunk lid at all... you cant even tell its open... is there something that i can adjust that'll make it pop up higher?

Gravity is low this time of year.
Not sure about yours, but the 92-99 don't have a tension adjustment. There are two different springs available, one for those with a spoiler, and a weaker one for those without. Your generation may be the same.
I'd bet the most likely culprit would be binding in the hinge pivots and spring shackles. Lube it up. See if that helps any.

Im in the same boat...just barely opens...
My trunk usualy is frozen shut, but when it does open its usualy 2 inchs id say at the most....i know my moms old par aves would open up all the way...but it had the auto closing trunk latch........

Get your damn minds out of the gutter, you perverts.
To prevent the trunk from freezing shut, (or the doors for that matter) use a light coating of silicon lube on the rubber seals, and the underside of the trunk lid where the weatherstrip mates. Just spray the crap on a clean rag, and wipe it on.
