door problems on a 90 sabre
my girlfriend just bought a 90 lesabre that runs fine, but has some issues. a few of them are on the driver'* door panel. i've never taken a door panel off one of these cars, and it looks like it was already done before. so here are the problems
the window switch is upside down...it'* really weird, it still works for the right windows, but you have to push it counter-intuitively.
the lock does not move with the power locks. the other 3 do, and the power lock button works, so it'* not too inconvenient to just push the lock down.
the panel has no handle, making closing the door a PITA.
the panel also just feels flimsy, like it just wants to come off the door because it wasn't secured to it properly. anyone with door panel experience? or any advice?
oh, and feel free to move this to the other section if this qualifies as a mechanical problem

Sounds like someone was in there making "repairs". The panel with the controls can just be pried up to check for cut and repaired wires. If you can get to a u-pull you can get the parts from any 86-90 Lesabre, Park Ave, 88 or 98. Is it a 2 door ? Those are really cool.
