Have you ever had to stomp on the brakes really hard? If you feel vibrations in the pedal, (its kinda disconcerting at first) you have ABS.
Your RPO codes listed on the spare tire cover inside the trunk will tell you as well. I know on the newer Bonnevilles 92+ (ha..thats not new anymore...) anyway the wire rims have a little ABS signage on the center of the rim. That may not apply to you.
I know for sure mine doesn't. Your owners manual may say as well...do you stiull have the OM?

When you turn the keys on before you turn them to "Start" you will see a yellow "antilock" light on your dashboard. Also, your master cylinder will have a pressure reservoir right next to it.

Yeah first time I used abs is on my 98 ssei I just got. Got about 6 inches of snow on monday here and was driving around and it kicked in. It is about the strangest feeling you can get through the brake pedal. The worst sound is gotta be the traction control kicking in(thought I broke something).

This is the first car I have owned that has ABS. The first time going off, man that was an experiance. ABS has saved me mutliple times in winter, but even if you have ABS when your on ice or bad snow, you can't stop very well, you still have control of your vehicle which is a plus.
