'91 Olds 98 Master Cylinder Replace
Had to replace the Master Cylinder.....could not figure a way to bench bleed as the resevior had a hole on the opposite side for the tubing that ran down to the ABS system...had no way to plug that hole. Put it on the booster....attached the tube.....put plugs in 2 holes on MC with 2 clear tubes. Had my daughter depress the bake until no air bubbles. Bleed the lines at the calibers etc....Now when I start the car, the red "BRAKE" light stays on. The vehicle seems to brake fine, and the pedal feels normal. I've replaced this cylinder about 5 years ago and don't remember this problem. What'* up? Obviously, I fiqure I still have some air in the lines......re-bleed?
Thanks

Additional Info
Re-bled each wheel this PM....still no luck. The brake light remains on.....it was not on before the repair. The brakes work just fine, the fluid level is right....I don't know what else it could be unless the sensor inside the resevoir messed up when I had the resevoir off in the MC replace. Any other ideas?

I'm going wtih the others, the e-brake is partially down or the fluid level sensor is the problem.

checked ebrake....no issues there.....rarely use it since I park my vehicle in the garage and our area is flat as a pancake on the east coast. Anyway, I was wondering if the interior of the resovoir could have gotten damaged in the area of the sensor. My only thought.
