Default Bonneville starting too rich

I guess Mrs Crzydmnd is still battling extended cranking times, I noticed tonite it takes like 6-8 seconds of cranking to start. When it does start, the idle is slightly rough for a few seconds with black smoke puffing from the exhaust. Then it smooths out and all is well until the next time it sits for a bit.

Here are all the recent repairs/tune ups.

PLugs and wires.
new timing chain and sprockets.
EGR valve.
IAC motor
Cam Sensor
filters

it does have almost 186k with little internal work done. I am wondering if a leaky injector is puddling fuel, how would I isolate this outta 6 injectors?

any other ideas?

I have not made any pressure or ohms checks, I will dig out the Fluke after a bit and maybe ohm the injectors. I dont have a fuel pressure gauge. Yet.

When the car starts, it smells really rich for a few seconds from the exhaust, almost like a flooded carburator would smell. Then it smooths out and runs great for the duration of the drive.
