Default leaking coolant

Noticed coolant leaking in front corner by throttle body, that corner has a nice blob of grey sealant , is that there for extra sealing of corners of gasket?I think I will tackle this gasket change any tips and tricks there doesnt seem to be a tech info for 87-91 I also did a search and nada

I will try to take pic, have to find daughters camers, but it is definitely seeping from intake manifold, I only said TB to say what side it was on of the intake.Right behind corner of valve cover only its coming from intake.Ill go look for camera.

So, it'* more of an upper intake leak? But isn't your intake metal?

Yes UIM.Cant find daughters camera but I am going to do the UIM gasket as it is def seeping so I was looking for tips as I am going to use the HAYNES, I know get the chiltons but haynes will do as I also have the BC family if I run into trouble.
I am going to get UIM and front valve cover.I will go to dealer for UIM gasket I guess or check part source, but I have a valve cover gasket can any one verify part #25532619 for my 1990.

While you are there..it would be an injustice if we didn't beat you into doing the lower intake gaskets as well. Just for peace of mind.

Start the beating Bill, let you know I am a jiu jitsu grappler though LOL
How much more work are we talking about, I have felpro upper on order ($60),valve cover gasket I am going to stick with the GM one I have (checked part# and is correct) TB I assume has to be takin apart and noone has this dealer said next week for order so ill have to wait.I am basically doing this as I know my 00 will have to be done.Dont forget tips.
