I've seen this done on here before. is the stock coil magnavox? I've seen many 92-95 coil packs and thought about making the change. What makes the one out of the 92-95 better? and with original bracket, do the coils just bolt up?
thanks

Ya Mike they( coils and ICM) bolt right up to your existing bracket.Once you switch after a couple drives youll be glad you did it.

coils
Sounds like the mechanic wanted to sell her three new coils.
Get ahold of the suposedly failed coils and test them.
Shops are notorious with this especially if women drive up.

Changed them about a week ago when I changed my strut STB,got coils and ICM from I think 92 - 93 bonny and STB for 4 cents the lady made a mistake with interac at wreckers. The coils and ICM just bolted right up to my bracket and plugs right in to existing wire cluster.I thought i didnt notice much difference but after a few runs ,it makes the MAGNAVOX feel sluggish I guess you could say it seems to respond quicker , I dont think the car is quicker but it feels quicker if you can understand wht I am trying to say.
