How rare is the 3.33 final drive in these models?

How rare is the 3.33 final drive in these models?

I checked the code on my spare tire cover and it has the code GX3 which I believe is the 3.33 gear ratio. I was just wondering if it was put in the majority of cars, or if it was few and far between?

My experince is that the 4T60/3.33 ratio was in the "sportier" vehicles with 3800 (SSE, SE got 2.97), many 1988-1991 with 2.8/3.1/3.4 & 4spd/od (Grand Prix), and most of the MiniVans (Lumina, TranSport) with the 3.8 engine (all E-trans).
