The car is located in Maine. The body is starting to show some rust on the edges, and has some chips, scratches, and a small ding on the fender. Interior is pretty damn good for a car this old, the driver seat has a broken bolt. It only has 141,xxx miles on it.

Im trying one more thing, and thats removing the cat converter and see if it will run then, it couldbe a plugged converter. If its not, then I dont know what im going to do.

Default Pump Screen

Have you thought about the fuel pump screen being clogged. You've gotta lower the tank to get to it, but it'* not too difficult (if the tank'* not full). When that screen gets junk in it, it will cause such symptoms. Just another thought, but I'd check the fuel pressure.

and the real TPS setting is .39-.42v at idle (critical) and over 4v at WOT (not so). Seems that a .72 setting will result in a commanded high idle.

Yeah, it does, at least on the LN3.
