Where do you guys get the RPO info?
The RPO info has been a long process of research... Some of the RPO'* come from various GM Guides... Other sites... And in some cases the older Service manuals had a lot of the RPO'* listed..
In other cases we get info from the members... And at times we fins a build sheet or 2 and that helps to a large degree... For a while now I have felt that its about time for me to do more research on the RPO'*.. Its all good and interesting information..
And if you mean where do you find the codes.... They are on the Spare tire cover

One word of advice. Whenever aiming ot rely on the RPO codes check the sticker VIN# to your VIN# on the windshield as a double check. Many find this a good exercise with an older vehicle where the spare tire cover may have been replaced for any number or reasons.
Usually you have the right one...it'* good to double check though.

I tried on my 97 to use the door sticker. Someone had peeled it and my belief is the door was replaced.
The dash plate is the only thing I would rely on for the vin.

I know where it is on my car, I was looking for information on how to decode it myself, without having to post my whole list. Also it would be good information to have when I go to the salvage yard looking for parts.

Top of this page.... " Tech Info " Look at Specs and general info... The RPO list is there...
There are a few places on the net that list RPO'*, But over the years I have had a hard enough time trying to keep it together..
Good Luck
