couple o codes Help new update.
Today on my way home from work I pulled over for coffee and when I started car up it stalled in seconds, I started again and it was okay but CEL was on.I pulled over to check code and I had 32 - egr system and 41 cam sensor.I know what these mean separately but was wondering if they mean something together.Car started up fine right away and I drove home , no CEL light.Any insight.

They are unrelated. Clean and lube the three shafts of the EGR (and springs) with a toothbrush and a teflon based or silicone based lubricant. Clean the connector and apply dielectric grease before reconnecting.
Clean and dielectric grease the connector to the cam sensor, but be prepared for a sensor/magnet problem in the future.

Well last week I cleaned up EGR , pintles and greased connector. Also the connector for cam sensor, it was fine till this week the only code that came back was cam sensor only for a minute. What syptoms do you get when sensor/ magnet is on its way out.Only symptoms I have is once in a while I have to put foot on gas to keep it started as it wants to stall, after that it is ok.Also idle will surge a bit, I thought this would be more related to EGR but code has not come back.Possible vacuum as I replaced the elbows when I cleaned EGR.

Okay, I took out cam sensor and good news I think, I found a magnet in place, it has an oily thick film on it do you suggest cleaning it and how.I got my wife to take pics Ill try to post when she figures it out .I am thinking change sensor , check over wires.Wires on the harness are oily and loom doesnt cover all of them but they seem intact and no tears.I will go over harness , even crankshaft.Any input much appreciated.Sorry pics arent good but in the second one you can see that it is there.I just cleaned everything up and put back together, so far Ive had good starts.

I am just wondering if I should clean magnet or not as the oil film is thick, and should i use brake cleaner or TB cleaner?

I would use contact and circuit board cleaner, available at a real electronics store. It also works great on the inside of a computer. Evaporates instantly, so no oil issues.
