Default low idle and stalling

Today while delivering pizza i noticed my car idling at 700rpm or so in drive and 800-900 in park. Went out to make a delivery and it stalled at a light but started up again. On my way back to the store it died again as i came to a stop. Started up again. Then it seemed fine when it was running it performed like it always has. Well after making another delivery it died but this time no start so i pushed it to a safe spot and it wouldnt start it would crank and crank. Had a guy helping me we could smell gas but it didn't seem to have a spark. Had my dad come out and take a look before we called a tow truck. It was gonna be a 1 hour wait for the truck so I ran back to the store to turn in my money and such and it took probably 40 minutes till I was going back to the car using my dads car(he was waiting for the tow truck in the bonneville). He gave me a call and said he was home because it started up. After sitting 30-40 minutes he got bored and tried to start it and it did. What would cause a problem like this? Would the coil pack thing get hot and stop working? The temperature gauge was right in the middle where it usually sits when its warmed up.

Doing research it seems that I could be a number of things from the ICU to the Crank Sensor. I don't want to go replacing stuff that doesn't need to be replaced. The Crank Sensor sounds like it could be the problem but from what other people experienced it doesn't sound like their cars would stall first like mine did.

Default stall

A low idle could be a number of things including bad fuel.
Could you read the codes and let us know if you have anything.
My experience with stalling was a bad ICU plug connector with loose prongs.

those idle numbers look ok to me, remember the tachometer isnt super accurate.
like people said before many things could cause a rough idle/stall, my 88 never stalled, except when the crank sensor did fail, then it had to be towed home. and when the guy at midas didnt disconnect my batt before welding, he fried my ignition control modual, and that gave me a rough idle.

check:
loose connector on crank and camshaft sensor
bad plug wires
ignition control modual (thing under the 3 coils)
engine ground cable
fuel filter
fuel pressure reg
o2 sensor
clogged cat

go for the cheap things first.
