Default ground for front side park lights

i am having problems with my lights, they flicker on and off, i changed the sockets themselves..and they dont work that great, my turn signal light stays on in the car..is there a ground for these. if not..i can try to wire them with the bumper park lights..if i do this would it cause anything to come on my d.i.c. :?

I personally, if you have decided it is definitely a grounding problem, would not ground to another light, espcially not in a different system (i.e turn signals to marker light). It'd easier and probably less problematic to ground directly to the chasis. That way you don't have to worry about systems crossing and getting even more light problems.

Wish I could hit your car with a multimeter to actually verify the problem, though,

OH she will, the body was completley torn apart and sandblasted underneath, then sprayed with tremclad boat paint.. black gloss. looks like it came from the factory underneath and in the fenders...the two front fenders were replaced cause they were dented to bad.. the taillights.. i found in new jersey, a fella bought them, and they were the wrong kind , sse taillights..luckey shot. the car when its done will look like its off the showroom floor, Im picky when it comes to that stuff

and pics are a must
