The VIN starts with 1G2HX, so I guess it'* an LE. Thank you, sir!

It'* quite possible; the interior looks identical to your car'*, and I have power windows, power locks, power/adjustable steering, power brakes, power driver side seat, cruise control, and the full gage cluster. I assumed it couldn't be an LE because I didn't think the 90/91 LEs came with all that; but going by the VIN, it would seem to be an LE...intriguing, right?? I got it second-hand from the original owner. :?

The picture in my sig is of a '91 SE with foglights from the factory; notice the lack of a fcatory ground effects kit.

When I ordered our SE in June 1990, you could buy an LE with all of the same options (except the 16" wheels) but it was less expensive to buy the SE with everything we wanted as standard equipment. The only option was the UT4 ATC and Am/FM Casette that were part of the steering wheel controls package ($655.00 option). Almost bought the ABS and power mirrors but didn't. Never considered the moonroof.

Silver crosslaced wheels instead of spokes was a "no cost" option. Personally like them much better but the plastic center caps all had to be replaced about two years ago because of massive cracking in the originals.

Had to pay $50 extra to get monochrome paint because GM was offering incentives on packages with the two tone but wife wanted the solid color.

Would like to replace the casette with a U1A radio with CD that also used the steering wheel controls - anyone have one for sale ?

Padgett I do still have the factory CD player from my 91, with the graphic equalizer. But I'm not sure you'd want it, the only reason I replaced it was because it was playing burnt CDs like crap. It worked fine for years, but it'* just an old CD player. You'd be better off to go buy a new aftermarket one.

Anyways... back on topic.... er... well actually the topic is over isn't it... :?
