So my exhaust finally fell off 2 nights ago, It was old and rotten, now I only have downpipe. Will I hurt the motor running it like this for a week? say until I can afford to install new front-back. It deffinately ROARS big time I got some dirty looks yesterday from some people lol. thanks alot guys...if it'* gonna hurt it i'll park it until I can afford to fix it. My cousin owns a exhaust shop so I might see if I can get it done and pay him later.....motor gets raspy a bit I was thinking a resonator and a magnaflow and all new 2.5" pipe? any thoughts. tyhanks

Don't drive it. It'* illegal and most likely you will be pulled over, cop will check to find no cat, and you can face a pretty hefty fine (not sure about Canada, but i'm sure it'* higher than the US). Plus with almost no backpressure, you are chancing on hurting the engine.

Next time it will be driven is to the exhaust shop, which is only 3 blocks away. The cops around here seem to only pull loud ricers over. I've drove by cops in a 350 *-10 straight off headers and they don't even look at you. The other day I passed cops in the Buick, the exhaust was still together but straight pipe and the stereo was up (15" and 10" in the truck) and I was yellin at someone I saw and they didn't even look at us.
