front frame/susp ques.
since my frame is bent and the car is in pieces and the only thing holding me back from putting it back together is the axle is rubbing the sway bar, since im planning on having the whole subframe replaced in february after the christmas "spirit" dies down (*cough*shopping*cough*) i want to get the car back together and at least movable so im considering just cutting the end of the sway bar off and putting it back together so i can drive it and be able to move it. my ques is the sway bar extremeley important or is it just something that helps the handling a little? and is it hollow or straight metal?
my reasoning that it isnt gonna change much is the front links are shot anyway, the insulators are dry rotted and compressed and when u go over bumps they rattle anyway
feedback on this would be nice hehe
*if u cant understand this message its because im tired damnit not drunk tho i wish i was*

Driving without a sway bar is certainly alright, but the car will handle like ****, and have extreme body roll.. but it'd still be drivable. I say go for it..
pretty sure all bars are straight metal...

Think twice before cutting. If you have to replace it, it will be expensive. Why can't you just remove it? Check to make sure it is still availabe to buy before you cut, if you decide to go that route.
Maybe it'* just me but I hate wasting good stuff just for the sake of convienience.
