Where can I puchase a used or new reasonably price MAF for a 1990 Bonneville?

Should I go new or used?

Car is in good shape.

NEW. Only. Buying a used MAF sensor is worse than buying used tires. They have limited lifetimes, and are very delicate. A worthy investment.

Try www.gmpartsdirect.com , 40% off retail. AC Delco MAF sensor would be best.

It depends how much you care about your car.. junkyard if you don't care a whole lot, new if you care a whole lot. I recommend new, just because that'* what I would do.. and you get what you pay for, and junkyard electronics aren't always good.

I got mine on ebay 3 years ago. It was a new AC Delco unit for about half the price.
